Last december 12, 2020, the bad weather made the sailboat FREE SPIRIT to aground on some rocks near the coast of Águilas (Murcia).
After a great job of SALVAMENTO MARÍTIMO and the rescue team of CRUZ ROJA ESPAÑOLA ÁGUILAS, the two crew members were recued and the boat finally could be taken to Carboneras (Almería) were ASTILLERO Y VARADERO DE CARBONERAS, SL made a deep repair of interior and exterior.
Four months later FREE SPIRIT looked like new and it was sailing again…
